Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whip 1 cup of cream with the sugar, vanilla and fold in 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Cut cake in half horizontally,
  • Scoop out some of the center leaving a 1/2 inch rim
  • Spread a thin layer of the remaining whiped cream on the cut side bottom half.
  • Fill center with raspberry cream mixture
  • Replace top.
  • Frost with remaining whipped cream.
  • Garnish with additional berries
