Easy Rasberry Cream Torte

- 1 loaf of store bought pound cake 8 or 9 inch loaf about 10.75 oz shopping list
- 2 cups cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries ( or other fresh seasonal berries or fruits ) shopping list
- Additional raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Whip 1 cup of cream with the sugar, vanilla and fold in 1/2 cup raspberries
- Cut cake in half horizontally,
- Scoop out some of the center leaving a 1/2 inch rim
- Spread a thin layer of the remaining whiped cream on the cut side bottom half.
- Fill center with raspberry cream mixture
- Replace top.
- Frost with remaining whipped cream.
- Garnish with additional berries
