Marinated Cauliflower And Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

1 head of broccoli

2T. garlic salt

1T onion powder

1T oregano

1t sugar

1t thyme

1t basil

1t course black pepper

1t celery salt

1t.kosher salt

1 T dried parsley

red wine vinegar

olive oil

Directions

cut cauliflower and broccoli into 3/4 in florets

boil cauliflower and broccoli for 5 mins. till tender crisp drain and shock in ice water to stop cooking process

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

place cauliflower and broccoli ina container with a tight fitting lid

mix 1/4 C red wine vinegar 2 T water 2 T herb mix and 2/3 cup oil in a jar and shake shake shake

pour dressing over veggies seal and shake

store in fridge for a least 24 hrs. upto 72

when you go to fridge to get a snack or anything else shake the container to keep evrything marinating

Place on a nice tray and serve
