I love the French Fries you get at restaurants that have lots of coarse pepper and seasoning sprinkled on them. When I figured out how easy it is to do at home, I had to share the secret.

Ingredients
  • Garlic Pepper ( I use McCormick's California Style)
  • Coarse Sea Salt

Directions
  1. Just after taking fries out of the oil or oven, sprinkle them with the Garlic Pepper and Sea Salt to taste.
  2. Toss to coat.

Reeces, I don't think I've ever seen garlic pepper - is it readily available? This sounds good.

They are great that way sometimes I use a pinch of cayenne with some garlic powder in place of the garlic pepper. Got have potatoes MMmmmm
