I love the French Fries you get at restaurants that have lots of coarse pepper and seasoning sprinkled on them. When I figured out how easy it is to do at home, I had to share the secret.
Ingredients
- garlic pepper ( I use McCormick's California Style) shopping list
- coarse sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Just after taking fries out of the oil or oven, sprinkle them with the Garlic Pepper and Sea Salt to taste.
- Toss to coat.

They are great that way sometimes I use a pinch of cayenne with some garlic powder in place of the garlic pepper. Got have potatoes MMmmmm
