10 Lb Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

10 lbs potatoes washed, diced and boiled until just tender enough for fork to go through.

1 doz hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 pint mayo/miracle whip

7 oz Roddenbury salad pickles

1/8-1/2 c. mustard

1 med. chopped onion

1TBSP Old Bay Seasoning

1/2 TBSP salt

1/4 TBSP pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except the potatoes.

Once all the other ingredients are all mixed well, then add potatoes to the mixture.

Let set in the frig until cold

**Always mix all ingredients before adding potatoes...helps to keep potatoe salad from becoming mashed potato salad *grins* not that I have EVER done that ..lol
