10 lb potato salad

- 10 lbs potatoes washed, diced and boiled until just tender enough for fork to go through. shopping list
- 1 doz hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 pint mayo/Miracle Whip shopping list
- 7 oz Roddenbury salad pickles shopping list
- 1/8-1/2 c. mustard shopping list
- 1 med. chopped onion shopping list
- 1TBSP Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 TBSP salt shopping list
- 1/4 TBSP pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except the potatoes.
- Once all the other ingredients are all mixed well, then add potatoes to the mixture.
- Let set in the frig until cold
- **Always mix all ingredients before adding potatoes...helps to keep potatoe salad from becoming mashed potato salad *grins* not that I have EVER done that ..lol

It's great to have a recipe for a large group. I made this for a work picnic, it was so easy to put together. I did add celery, and a bit more salt. Thanks for the post, it's a keeper.
