Southwest Quiche

- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausages skin removed shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 ounce can chopped green chilies drained shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups grated pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 1 unbaked 9” pie shell shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Break up sausages then scramble fry in frying pan until no pink remains in meat and drain well.
- Beat eggs together in bowl then add milk, salt and pepper and stir well.
- Add green chilies, cheese and sausage meat then stir well and pour into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake on bottom rack in 350 oven for 40 minutes.

Sounds delish! My hubby might even like this one, I think he thinks Quiche is not one of your more Manly dishes. I love it myself.
