How to make it

  • Sautee onion and tempeh until onion is translucent and tempeh is starting to brown.
  • Make sure the pot is hot, and squirt ketchup and bbq sauce in. Mix well.
  • Throw in a splash of apple cider vinegar, as much tobasco as you like, and the taco seasoning. Of course, adjust to taste.
  • When it's all mixed and warmed through, spoon into buns. I ate mine with yellow mustard and smoked provelone flavored soy cheese. It was yummy.
