- 6 49nce pieces of tilapia shopping list
- panko breadcrumbs,about 1 and a half cups shopping list
- 2 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- oregano,iteaspoon shopping list
- dash of salt or mrs dash shopping list
- black pepper,i teaspoon shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
- i 14 oz can diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes,drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup pitted shopping list
- Greek olives or pitted black olives shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- season the panko crumbs with the salt pepper,oreganoand paprika
- heat oil and butter together till sizzling
- dredge the fish in the crumbs and saute in oil,butter on medium till golden
- heat oven to 400
- place fish fillets in pyrex 9by 13 dish
- pour tomatoes over the fish
- add the olives and the feta
- bake for 20 to 25 i minutes till fish is done and sauce is bubbly
- add some more feta if you want to brfore serving
- serve with couscous or basmati rice
