- 2.5 oz flour shopping list
- 2.2 oz whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 oz chocolate protein powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 oz shortening shopping list
- 5 oz smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup mini M&Ms shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F, line cookie sheets with parchment or SilPat (do not grease).
- Whisk together flours, protein powder and baking soda, set aside.
- Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar.
- Beat in honey, vanilla and egg.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Fold in M&Ms.
- Shape into balls, place on prepared sheets and flatten with a fork.
- Bake 10 minutes, cool completely on sheets.
