Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat flour, milk and condensed milk till smooth.
  • Heat a non stick frying pan on medium heat.
  • Brush with butter/oil/spray.
  • Add in a few spoonfulls of batter
  • Swirl and tilt pan to creat a thin, even, circular layer.
  • Cook untill golden around edge and cooked in the centre (about 45 secs) and use a greased spatula to flip the pancake over.
  • Cook for a further 20 secs.
  • (If you want to have simple pancakes, then the above is all you need to do, otherwise, after the 1st flip, add the filling of your choice over 1/2 the pancake, fold over the other half and cook till warmed through)
  • My fav filling is chocolate chips, sliced banana and caramel sauce...

I've made these several times now, they're easy and really good! I've missed crepes since I have an egg allergy and these really hit the spot. I use the evaporated milk since I'm not a fan of sweet in my pancakes and they turn out SO good. Great recipe.

This is on the list as a must try. I think I will have raspberry or Huckleberry preserves with them. Thank you for the post!

    Best,
