Ingredients
  • 3 lbs med size shrimp or large (peeled & de-vein)
  • 2lbs seafood mix
  • 1/2 lb baby octopus (uncooked)
  • 1 can abalone
  • 3 chopped tomatoes (large)
  • 1 whole onion -red or white(preferably)
  • 1 btle spicy V8 or similar drink - 48 oz size
  • 1 whole bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 bottle heinz ketchup
  • 1 cup tapatio sauce
  • 5 lbs imitation crab (diced)
  • 5 avocados
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • dash of pepper & sea salt

Directions
  1. Boil seafood mix w/ baby octopus
  2. let boil 1/2 hr till octopus is tendor.
  3. (dont throw the water away, you will use for cocktail)
  4. chop all items into small bite size portions.
  5. (do not chop abalone)
  6. add all items to large container/bowl.
  7. once seafood mix is cooled, chop into small pieces
  8. add juice to bowl/add chopped items.. add abalone.
  9. add ketchup, tapatio sauce & V8
  10. add some sea salt & pepper
  11. *serve with crackers & lemon wedges. *

They serve something like this just across the border in Nuevo Progresso, Mexico.. It is awesome. I don't think they put abalone in it.
