How to make it

  • Heat margerine in soup pot
  • saute onion, celery and garlice until soft
  • Pour in broth, worstershire, water and wine
  • Bring soup up to a boil and add spinach.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 - 45minutes. Would do just as well in a crockpot.
