Spring Soup

- Yields 8 cups shopping list

- 2 tbsp margerine shopping list
- 2 cups onion, thinly slice shopping list
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list

- 4 14oz cans chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 cup worstershire shopping list
- 1 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- ------- shopping list
- 2 cups spinach, fresh chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat margerine in soup pot
- saute onion, celery and garlice until soft
- Pour in broth, worstershire, water and wine
- Bring soup up to a boil and add spinach.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 - 45minutes. Would do just as well in a crockpot.
