Country Style Ribs and Saurkraut In The Crock Pot

- 1 bag sauerkraut rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 1 red skinned apple shopping list
- 3 pounds country style pork ribs shopping list
- 1 cup beer shopping list
How to make it
- Put sauerkraut in bottom of crock pot then add diced onion and chopped apple.
- Stir well to combine then layer country ribs on top of kraut mixture and pour beer over all.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
