Oven baked Finnish pancake, good cold also. Spread any flavor jam or sprinkle sugar on top. even syrup

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teas. salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted in a 9 x 13 baking dish in 400 degree oven
  • 2 c. milk

Directions
  1. Mix all very well and pour into hot butter pan
  2. Bake for 30 minutes
  3. sprinkle with sugar or spread jam across. Yum! eat warm or cold
