This is a work in progress. I had perfected my recipe once before, but during the move, I lost my recipe and I just can't remember. As I work on it, I'll fix it here.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (like Jimmy Dean)
- 4 c. sharp cheddar, grated (about 16 oz.)
- 1 c. baking mix (like Bisquick)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
- Makes approximately 40 balls.
