How to make it

  • Separate the biscuits into 8
  • flatten into about 1/4 inch circle (about 5.5 inches in diameter)
  • cover one side in cornflakes
  • spray pan with Pam
  • grill or pan fry each side for 3 minutes
  • remove from pan
  • put cheese and deli slices on 4 of the biscuits
  • top with other 4 biscuits
  • return to pan to melt the cheese for about 3 minutes each sandwich
  • Crispy and gooey-sooooooo yummy
  • Enjoy!
