Asian Noodle Salad

- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger shopping list
- 3/4 pound thin linguine shopping list
- 1 cup coarsely shredded carrot shopping list
- 3 scallions cut crosswise into thirds and thinly sliced lengthwise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted shopping list
- 6 radishes halved and thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, garlic and ginger.
- Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender.
- Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water until cool.
- Toss with dressing, carrot, scallions, sesame seeds and radishes then serve.
