How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar and beat in eggs.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and blend into creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Place mixture in a greased and floured baking pan ( 9 inch decorative layer cake pan )
  • Bake 170 C for 40 - 45 Min. or tested done
  • Cool and frost with your own chocolate hazelnut icing or just dust with a sugar and cinnamom
