How simple and tasty sounding...like a deep dish without all the "extras" - gotta try this!

We loved this! I wasn't sure how much pepperoni to use since the sticks are different sizes. I bought an 8 oz. pkg. of pre-sliced and probably used about 6 oz. I layered it round and round about 3 different times. The egg mixture went between the layers and lifted them up so it turned out beautifully. Tell Phyllis it was a hit! :-)

Sounds as though you chose the exact right amount of pepperoni for this dish, babs! Your description of how it turned out is right on the mark. So glad you liked it and I'll be sure to tell Phyllis! I'll let her know that she got a five..
