Ingredients
  • 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 2 small jars Heinz roasted chicken gravy
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 small lemons
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • Pinch salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  3. Using a knife, make a pocket on the thick side of the breasts large enough to place a small amount of stuffing.
  4. **Don't overload the stuffing.
  5. Place stuffed breasts into a 13x9" baking pan; salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix chicken gravy with warm water and juice of one lemon.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Add mushrooms to top.
  9. Slice lemon and place slice on each breast.
  10. Cover pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake another 35 minutes OR until chicken is tender.
  12. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
