Ingredients

How to make it

  • For the glaze, place the Marmalade, 1/2 cup Pineapple juice, 3 TB lemon juice and 2 TB sugar in a small saucepan.
  • Heat the glaze over low heat until it reaches a slow boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
  • For the wing marinade:
  • Mix the pineapple juice, Yoshida sauce and garlic together.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a pyrex dish, and pour the marinade over them.
  • Place in a 300 degree oven for 60 minutes, turning once.
  • When cooked through, remove the wings from the sauce, and transfer to a second baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes - this helps remove the fat from the wings.
  • Glaze with the Marmalade mixture, and bake for another 15 minutes, until the wings glaze.
  • Serve with Jalepeno mayonaisse or Louisana Hot Sauce
