Banana Delight With Lemon Frosted Topping

- 10-1/2 ounce package firm silken tofu drained shopping list
- 2 bananas roughly chopped shopping list
- juice and rind of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tahini shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1/2 ounce butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cream shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
- 8 ounce powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 drops yellow food coloring shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients for the base into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a greased spring pan lined with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Leave in the tin to cool before removing.
- To make frosting mix butter, cream, juice and zest together then add sugar.
- Color carefully with food coloring.
- Roll into balls and arrange over base and fork down to make a pattern.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
