Our favorite Chinese restaurant recently closed, so I came up with this recipe so we could have it at home. So easy and good!

Sounds simple enough, and a lot like what we get at our fave Chinese restaurant, too - thanks for re-creating it!

I made this last night and it was quite good. I've never used oyster sauce before when I have made Asian dishes. I liked the flavor it added, but it did make it a bit saltier than I expected, even using the low-sodium soy sauce. I used a little over 1 tsp. of fresh minced ginger in place of the ground ginger, otherwise pretty much kept to the ingredient list. I did prepare it a bit differently than stated, but that was because we like our veggies in a stir fry to still have a bit of crunch to them! I think next time I will double the cornstarch, since I would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker. Thanks for the recipe. We will be making it again.
