White Chocolate Cheesecake With Sun Dried Cherries Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt chocolate then dissolve gelatin with 1 ounce of water.
  • Place cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl then beat 10 minutes on medium speed.
  • When mixture is soft and creamy add melted white chocolate and gelatin.
  • Mix two minutes then add whipped cream and sun dried cherries.
  • Grease a 10” mold with butter and cover sides with shortbread crumbles.
  • Pour caramel delight crumbles on bottom then pour cheesecake mixture over first layer.
  • Pour praline royal cookies over top then chill several hours before serving.
