Herbed Noodles

- 8 ounces wide egg noodles shopping list
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freeze dried chives shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions until al dente then drain well.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.
- Sauté shallots until wilted about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the noodles, herbs and pepper.
