How to make it

  • Combine egg, cornstarch, soy sauce and garlic in plastic bag.
  • Add chicken pieces and marinate 15 minutes then drain well.
  • Place almonds and parsley in plastic bag.
  • Place chicken pieces a few at a time in almond mixture.
  • Shake thoroughly.
  • Grill over medium direct heat for 8 minutes.
  • Spoon plum sauce over chicken.
  • To make sauce combine all ingredients in saucepan.
  • Cook and stir over medium until preserves melt.
