How to make it

  • Heat broiler.
  • Combine butter and garlic in small bowl.
  • Spread butter over both sides of bread slices.
  • Place onto UNgreased baking sheet.
  • Broil 4 to 6" away from the heat, turning once, until lightly toasted (4 to 5 minutes).
  • Cut bread slices into 1" pieces.
  • Place all remaining ingredients EXCEPT salad dressing in a salad bowl.
  • Toss lightly.
  • Add dressing and toss until well coated.
  • Add bread cubes.
  • Toss lightly.
  • **Can be made up to 2 hours ahead.
