Apple And Carrot Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

4 carrots

1 apple

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup sour cream

Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into small cubes.

Peel the carrots and using the large holes on a box shredder or food processor, shred the carrots

Mix in a bowl with the raisins and sour cream. Add salt and very little pepper.
