Stuffed Hot Dogs Recipe

Ingredients

6 all beef hot dogs

1 package of betty crocker butter and herb mashed potatoes

3 slices of american cheese

Directions

prepare package of mashed potatoes according to directions on box-set aside to cool a bit.

place hot dogs on a foil lined baking sheet.

split hot dogs lengthwise - do not go all the way through you just want to make a well - use your fingers to spread apart.

spoon in mashed potatoes - i use a small cereal spoon because its easier to get into the well - keep hot dog spread while spooing in potatoes, once the potatoes are in the hot dog will stay open.

top each hot dog with a half slice of american cheese.

place under broiler until cheese is bubbly - about 5-10 minutes.

serve with veggies - tater tots - french fries - mac-n-cheese

lastly - don't knock it 'til you try it! :)
