Garlicky Butter Bean Dip

I had just intended to make some hummus for lunch but no chickpeas!! Plenty of butter beans though, so hey presto! ;)
Ingredients
- 1 can butter beans shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1tspn cayenne pepper shopping list
- juice 1 lemon shopping list
- small handful coriander (cilantro) shopping list
- 1desert spoon (or more if needed) olive oil shopping list
- salt pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Throw it all in a food processer until smooth
- put in a bowl
- sprinkle on a bit more olive oil.. looks nice!!
- garnish with coriander to make it look even nicer!
