How to make it

  • For the Barbeque sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 20 min.
  • Meanwhile, rinse turkey legs, drain, pat dry.
  • Dredge legs with flour mixed with seasonings, brown in hot oil in large skillet until well browned.
  • Lay turkey legs in a greased baking dish or roasting pan.
  • Pour all of barbeque sauce over turkey legs.
  • cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until tender, basting turkey frequently with sauce.
  • (I did 3 but there is plenty of sauce for up to 6 small turkey legs)
  • serve with rice and enjoy!
