Barbecue Sauce For ANYTHING Recipe
Everyone has their favorite, but this is super easy BBQ sauce; brush it on ribs,chicken, burgers or steak. Marinate shrimp for griling or stir some into a pot of baked beans!

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of canola oil
  • 1/4cup of worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup, packed, dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 dashes of Frank's hot sauce

Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Pour sauce through a straine to remove the onion and garlic.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
  5. Let cool to room temperature.
  6. Use immediately, or place into a container and refrigerate for up to a week.
