How to make it

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour sauce through a straine to remove the onion and garlic.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
  • Let cool to room temperature.
  • Use immediately, or place into a container and refrigerate for up to a week.
