Puff Pastry Ears

                    - 1 pkg puff pastry sheets thawed shopping list
- 1/2 butter, melted and cooled shopping list
- Granulated sugar as needed for sprinkling and rolling shopping list
- finely chopped nuts as desired ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Prep does not include chilling time
- Melt butter , cool and set aside
- Have puff pastry sheets thawed
- Roll out the 2 sheets, brush butter between sheets , sprinkle with sugar, between and top
- Place together and roll out into a flat rectangle
- Sprinkle with sugar again
- Roll up pastry jelly roll style from long end and chill well
- Cut into slices
- Roll slices in sugar again till spread out and flattened ( should look like ear shape )
- Bake, spaced apart on parchment lined baking sheet, 400 F about 15 mins or nicely browned. and golden.
