Ingredients

How to make it

  • Prep does not include chilling time
  • Melt butter , cool and set aside
  • Have puff pastry sheets thawed
  • Roll out the 2 sheets, brush butter between sheets , sprinkle with sugar, between and top
  • Place together and roll out into a flat rectangle
  • Sprinkle with sugar again
  • Roll up pastry jelly roll style from long end and chill well
  • Cut into slices
  • Roll slices in sugar again till spread out and flattened ( should look like ear shape )
  • Bake, spaced apart on parchment lined baking sheet, 400 F about 15 mins or nicely browned. and golden.
