Lamb Slavonian Style

- 1 Kg. Lean lamb, Diced shopping list
- 2 onions, Peeled, Finely Chopped shopping list
- 2 Hot Chillies, Seeded, Finely Chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Cup oil shopping list
- 1 Tsp Mild Powdered paprika shopping list
- 1 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 4 Peeled tomatoes, Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 3 potatoes, Peeled, Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 2 Glasses dry white wine shopping list
- 1 Bay Leaf shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tsp Vegeta shopping list
How to make it
- 1 ~ In a large, deep saucepan heat the oil and fry onions until golden brown. Add lamb, chillies, bay leaf and Vegeta, and saute for 25 minutes.
- 2 ~ Add two cups of water, paprika, tomatoes and flour, dissolved in glass of hot water, and cook for a further 15 minutes.
- 3 ~ Add potatoes and wine. Stir. Add some more water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add sour cream, stir well and serve with boiled rice or egg fettuccine.
