How to make it

  • 1 ~ In a large, deep saucepan heat the oil and fry onions until golden brown. Add lamb, chillies, bay leaf and Vegeta, and saute for 25 minutes.
  • 2 ~ Add two cups of water, paprika, tomatoes and flour, dissolved in glass of hot water, and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  • 3 ~ Add potatoes and wine. Stir. Add some more water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add sour cream, stir well and serve with boiled rice or egg fettuccine.
