Ingredients
  • 1 Kg. Lean Lamb, Diced
  • 2 Onions, Peeled, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Hot Chillies, Seeded, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mild Powdered Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 4 Peeled Tomatoes, Coarsely Chopped
  • 3 Potatoes, Peeled, Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 Glasses Dry White Wine
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vegeta

Directions
  1. 1 ~ In a large, deep saucepan heat the oil and fry onions until golden brown. Add lamb, chillies, bay leaf and Vegeta, and saute for 25 minutes.
  2. 2 ~ Add two cups of water, paprika, tomatoes and flour, dissolved in glass of hot water, and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  3. 3 ~ Add potatoes and wine. Stir. Add some more water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add sour cream, stir well and serve with boiled rice or egg fettuccine.
