I didn't have regular lasagna noodles but I did have the no bake ones which worked just fine, next time if I use the no bake lasagna noodles I will be making more of the sauce because the noodles will soak up the sauce while it bakes. By the way, the sauce was great!

This sounds delicious! I really don't like pasta, but after making Emeril's lasagna (homemade sauce) and the different cheeses, and seeing this one, this is very interesting! I shall try this next time.
