Dutch Baby Pancake

- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup whole milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425. In a medium cast iron or non stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and sugar. Blend until foamy for about a minute. Pour batter into skillet.
- Bake until pancake is puffed and lightly brownded, about 20 minutes.

The first ingredient, I'm assuming you meant butter and not flour.
What do I do with the third tablespoon of butter?
What is the measure amount of the sugar? Teaspoon? Tablespoon? Cup?
