How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425. In a medium cast iron or non stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
  • In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and sugar. Blend until foamy for about a minute. Pour batter into skillet.
  • Bake until pancake is puffed and lightly brownded, about 20 minutes.

    This recipe could use some help!
    The first ingredient, I'm assuming you meant butter and not flour.
    What do I do with the third tablespoon of butter?
    What is the measure amount of the sugar? Teaspoon? Tablespoon? Cup?
    Please address the issues.
    Wouldn't make this recipe again without it being fixed!
