How to make it

  • Lightly oil (or spray) 9x13 pan.
  • Sprinkle the bottoms with cookie crumbs, and press softened ice cream over crumbs until it they are just covered.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over all.
  • Now sprinkle with the pieces of fruit...repeat until pan is full or you run out of ingredients, I try for three layers but two are fine
  • . I have found that using my hands to press the ice cream into the pan give you more control and makes the most even layers.
  • The last layer should be crumbs and nuts if desired.
  • Freeze overnight or at least 6hrs. Cut into squares with a knife dipped in hot water. Serve in a bowl topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
