Ingredients
  • -Yukon Potatoes, depends on servings needed, no need to peel
  • -Butter, as needed
  • -Cream, or milk, as needed
  • -S&P, I use Crazy Jane's salt and ground pepper

Directions
  1. -Cut Potatoes into quarters, place in a mic. safe, covered dish. Paper plates/bowls work too. No clean up.
  2. -Nuke till fork tender..10-15 min, depending on the microwave. Same test used for boiling.
  3. -Using a hand held masher, smash potatoes, while adding butter, cream/milk and S&P, until you get your desired consistency.
  4. -Enjoy.
