Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute the onions and mushrooms in the oil until tender and soft; about 10 minutes
  • Stir in the finely chopped cooked egg.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Use as a sandwhich spread or a pate.
  • Serve warm or chilled

    What a great idea. Love the idea of meatless pate and I adore the flavor of mushrooms. Might add some of my grandma's dried (reconstituted) Polish imports. They are super flavorfull. Thanks for the post.
