Mango Salsa

- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple, reserve liquid shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro with leaves picked from stems shopping list
- 1 large red onion, diced shopping list
- 2 jalapeños, diced shopping list
- 6-8 roma tomatoes, diced shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Add juice from can until you get it as wet as you want it.
- For a smoother salsa, pulse in food processor for a few seconds.
- Add salt to taste.
- Allow to chill for at least an hour so flavors can combine.

A Mango Salsa to die for I would add a little more heat just my taste and you know that about me.
This is what I like with Talapia or Haddock.
