How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Add juice from can until you get it as wet as you want it.
  • For a smoother salsa, pulse in food processor for a few seconds.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Allow to chill for at least an hour so flavors can combine.

    A Mango Salsa to die for I would add a little more heat just my taste and you know that about me.
    This is what I like with Talapia or Haddock.
