This sweet meatloaf pairs well with mashed potatoes and asparagus w) bacon bits. This is comfort foood at its best!

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Ground Venison (beef)
  • 1 Tbl. salt
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Frosted Flake crumbs
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a 9 inch pie pan add 1/4 cup of water
  3. In a large mixing bowl add remaining ingredients and form into a ball and flatten enough so that there are 2 inches remaining from the side of pan to meat.
  4. Place in pie pan and cover with aluminium foil.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
