Ingredients
  • 500g Fresh Palak / Spinach
  • 100g Paneer / Cottage Cheese - cubed
  • 2 Onions grated
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pure ghee
  • Few tbsp Thick Cream
  • Pinch of Tumeric pwd
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt To Taste

Directions
  1. Wash the spinach and boil in water until cooked .
  2. Let it cool .
  3. In a mixer , mash it .
  4. Fry the Cottage cheese along with chilli pwd until golden brown and set aside .
  5. Heat ghee in a kadai . Add , green chilli , ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for a minute.
  6. Now add onions and fry till golden brown.
  7. Add the tomato and cook until pulpy .
  8. Add all the other spices .
  9. Add the spinach simmer for 5 mins.
  10. Add paneer pieces to the gravy and simmer for another 3 mins . Sprinkle some water if necessary .
  11. Add the cornflour .
  12. Check the salt .
  13. Add the cream and simmer for another 2 mins .
  14. Serve HOT ...
