How to make it

  • Wash the spinach and boil in water until cooked .
  • Let it cool .
  • In a mixer , mash it .
  • Fry the Cottage cheese along with chilli pwd until golden brown and set aside .
  • Heat ghee in a kadai . Add , green chilli , ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for a minute.
  • Now add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the tomato and cook until pulpy .
  • Add all the other spices .
  • Add the spinach simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add paneer pieces to the gravy and simmer for another 3 mins . Sprinkle some water if necessary .
  • Add the cornflour .
  • Check the salt .
  • Add the cream and simmer for another 2 mins .
  • Serve HOT ...
