How to make it

  • Seperate lettuce into leaves. Place lettuce leaves on serving platter. Arrange red peppers and onions on lettuce leaves
  • Sprinkle salad with golden raisins and toasted pecan halves. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Season salad with salt and pepper,if desired. Gently toss to combine,if desired.

    Very tasty combination of flavors here, pat. I'd have to add the pecans separately since my hubby doesn't eat food with nuts in it! Thanks and my 5.
