Ingredients

French or Cuban bread,

Sliced brisket (I've used corned beef too)

Curtido (posted)

Jack cheese

Chipotle Aoioli (posted)

Directions

Slice bread in half, lengthwise

Spread both sides with Aioli

Add brisket, curtido, and cheese

In grill pan, add sandwich and weigh down with something (I use a foil covered brick)...Cook until cheese melts and heated through. A panini press will do too
