The East Coast Grill in Cambridge has a great brunch on Sunday that offers a make your own Bloody Mary bar...Had this while sipping on one and it was so good I re created it. Amounts are not specific as we all like our sandwiches differently

Ingredients
  • French or Cuban bread,
  • Sliced brisket (I've used corned beef too)
  • Curtido (posted)
  • Jack cheese
  • Chipotle Aoioli (posted)

Directions
  1. Slice bread in half, lengthwise
  2. Spread both sides with Aioli
  3. Add brisket, curtido, and cheese
  4. In grill pan, add sandwich and weigh down with something (I use a foil covered brick)...Cook until cheese melts and heated through. A panini press will do too
