The East Coast Grill in Cambridge has a great brunch on Sunday that offers a make your own Bloody Mary bar...Had this while sipping on one and it was so good I re created it. Amounts are not specific as we all like our sandwiches differently
Ingredients
- French or Cuban bread, shopping list
- Sliced brisket (I've used corned beef too) shopping list
- Curtido (posted) shopping list
- Jack cheese shopping list
- Chipotle Aoioli (posted) shopping list
How to make it
- Slice bread in half, lengthwise
- Spread both sides with Aioli
- Add brisket, curtido, and cheese
- In grill pan, add sandwich and weigh down with something (I use a foil covered brick)...Cook until cheese melts and heated through. A panini press will do too
