Chinese Salad

- 1 head cabbage shopping list
- 2 packages ramen noodles broken into pieces shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 heaping teaspoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup honey roasted sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1/2 cup almonds slivered shopping list
- 6 green onions chopped small shopping list
How to make it
- Brown noodles in butter then set aside.
- Mix oil, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper in small saucepan.
- Boil 2 minutes then cool completely.
- Cut cabbage into bite size pieces then add nuts and onions.
- Add noodles then just before serving add soy sugar mixture.
- Stir well and serve
