Chinese Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 head cabbage

2 packages ramen noodles broken into pieces

1 stick butter

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 heaping teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 cup honey roasted sunflower seeds

1/2 cup almonds slivered

6 green onions chopped small

Directions

Brown noodles in butter then set aside.

Mix oil, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper in small saucepan.

Boil 2 minutes then cool completely.

Cut cabbage into bite size pieces then add nuts and onions.

Add noodles then just before serving add soy sugar mixture.

Stir well and serve
