Cretan-style Bruschetta Salad Kritikos Dakos

- 3/4 cup Feta cheese; crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives; chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes; chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 Cretan barley rusks shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and place in refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
- Sprinkle rusks with a few drops of water to moisten slightly.
- Top each rusk with the prepared cheese and tomato mixture.
- Set aside for 10 minutes and then serve with a chilled glass of white wine.

Sounds fantastic. Don't think I can get Cretan barley rusks but can toast crusty bread. In Brooklyn,you can get everything.
