Beer Bread

- 3 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 12 oz can beer; room temperature shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine; melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C ). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour, brown sugar and onion powder and mustard. Pour in the beer, and mix just until moistened.
- Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Top with the melted butter.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
