Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a screw-top jar, shake together the dressing ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrot and cabbage.
  • Pour dressing over carrot and cabbage mixture, using only as much as you need until you reach the right consistency.
  • Chill the coleslaw for 1 hour and refrigerate the remaining dressing for future use.
  • Note: You can also use a 16-oz package of coleslaw mix instead of shredded carrot and cabbage.

Wow this is by far the best salad I have ever tasted!!! I just made it (a few hours ago), because I have a company BBQ to go to and did not know what to bring , and I thought coleslaw salad is fresh and everyone would like so I logged in and found your recipe. I added 1 tbsp of finely chopped onion, because I had no onion powder, and 1/4 cup of sour cream ,because i had no butter milk and let me tell you it is delishuzzzzzzzzzz thank you I can always count on finding a great recipe here!!!
