Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter; melted
  • 2 eggs; beaten
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 cup flour; sifted
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 oz jar whole kernel corn; drained
  • 14 3/4 oz creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until the top is golden brown.
