Creamy Corn Casserole

This tastes like a creamy buttery corn muffin with bits of corn inside.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter; melted shopping list
- 2 eggs; beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup yellow corn meal shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour; sifted shopping list
- 1/8 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 15 oz jar whole kernel corn; drained shopping list
- 14 3/4 oz creamed corn shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until the top is golden brown.
