Hot Crab And Artichoke Dip Recipe
A great hot dip to serve as an appetizer for many or dinner for a couple.

Ingredients
  • 250g (1/2 lb)cream cheese
  • 2 x 170 g cans of Ocean’s crabmeat with legmeat
  • 1 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheese, parmesan or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup red pepper chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped finely
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In an oven-proof bowl blend all ingredients until creamy and well mixed.
  2. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Remove and stir.
  4. Can also be heated in a 350o oven for 15 – 20 minutes or till hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with raw veggies and bread.
