Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 Cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon White Sugar
  • 48 Chocolate covered Caramel Candies (i.e Rolos')

Directions
  1. Beat butter until creamy. Gradually beat in white & brown sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs & vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, & cocoa. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating well.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts.
  5. Cover & Chill at least 2 hours.
  6. Preheat over to 375
  7. Combine remaining 1/2 cup walnuts with 1 teaspoon white sugar.
  8. Divide dough into 4 parts. Work with 1 Part at a time, leavign the rest in the fridge.
  9. Divide each part into 12 pieces. Quickly press each one with a Candy. Roll into ball.
  10. Dip tops into sugar mixture.
  11. Place on Greased baking sheet.
  12. Bake for 8 mins at 375.
  13. Let cool 3-4 mins on Banking sheet before removing.
